After the collection of relevant information, it is passed on to the production department for an accurate quote. Upon the finalisation of the quote by the production department, the quote is sent over to the customer.
Once the customer agrees to the quote, the process for designing is set into motion. Get Custom Boxes offers free designing service should you wish to avail it. Or, you can send over your artwork and we will get back to you with it incorporated on the box style you opt for. We also offer free digital mockups for all orders.
Once the design and artwork is approved by the customer, the boxes are sent for production.
